Just like everyone else, I have been crafting to use my creativity while being stuck at home. My children have come home to visit more this summer than ever because it was the only place they could get away to. That has been great for me to be able to play with the grandkids. I have made lots of shirts for them. I held a cousin camp in July and made shirts for the kiddos. I always make their birthday shirts and first day of school shirts. I made them all shirts for our family reunion camping trip. (The shirts turned out better than the camping trip, but that’s another story!).

Creating shirt patterns is very easy and fun with my Silhouette machine. I can start with a basic pattern and alter it to personalize and fine-tune it. There are several different kinds of vinyl and foil that make your shirts look fun and professional. I challenge myself to try a different product each time. Here’s to hoping that soon we are all making shirts to celebrate the end of the virus pandemic and isolation.
